About the Role
Legion X is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department and ensuring an exceptional employee experience. You will support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, benefits administration, and compliance, as well as helping to foster a workplace culture aligned with Legion X's core values.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with company goals.
Oversee the recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring timely administration and effective communication.
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and conflict resolution.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and professional development.
Update and maintain employee records, HRIS systems, and ensure confidentiality.
Drive efforts to build a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Support performance management and review processes.

Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in human resources or a related role.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
